We want you to love your Miloakee goodies as much as we loved creating them! Every item is made with care, creativity, and a sprinkle of chaos (the fun kind). But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

 

Because each Miloakee item is made just for you—often customized, handmade, or both—we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Be sure to double-check sizing, product details, and personalization before placing your order.

That said, if your order arrives looking like it wrestled a raccoon on the way to your doorstep—let’s fix it.
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A quick description of what went wrong

We’ll work with you on a solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit—so you can get back to smiling.

Once we’ve approved a refund, it’ll be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to process after the refund is confirmed. (Sadly, we can’t speed up your bank. We tried.)


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

 

Some items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards
